Folsom Street East is about freedom and fun, but to ensure the longevity of the yearly festival and comfort of all revelers, we require everyone to follow these basic ground rules.
All participants will abide by the laws of New York City including the following:
No public sexual activity -this includes any form of oral or penetrative sex or masturbation
No complete public nudity
No exposure of genitals
All attendees must be able to prove they are above the age of 18 by presenting a valid government-issued form of ID.
Consumption of alcohol is restricted to the confines of the event and only for those 21+
Adequate space must be cleared and consent must be given by all participants in any demo or “scene.”
No “demo” or “scene” may involve blood or other bodily fluids.
Though we recognize that in public our photograph may be taken, we ask that you ask for explicit consent before taking someone’s photograph or making them the subject of a video.
Wearing of any uniform/attire that promotes or or could be associated with any form of hate or discrimination is not permitted.
